Police tracking down JJPTR founder

Penang police are tracking down the founder of investment scheme syndicate - JJPTR.
The 28-year-old is believed to still be in the country, while his syndicate is accused of pocketing 1.7 billion ringgit from investments made by victims.
2 people have lodged police reports over the scam so far, which promised investors 20 percent returns per month.
