Govt still working on system to lodge police reports online

The Home Ministry is still working on a system for the public to lodge police reports online.
It says, the police and the Attorney General are trying to iron out issues, so that the public will no longer have to go to police stations to lodge reports.
One of the challenges is how to get complainants to sign off their online reports, with one solution being digital signatures.
