17 old folks home residents safely relocated after abuse

17 residents at an old folks home at the heart of assault allegations have been safely relocated to a welfare home run by the Welfare Dept. 

Meanwhile, an elderly woman, who was seen on video being beaten by the home's caretaker has been claimed ber her family members. 

The caretaker has been detained for police investigations.
