Appeal filed against life imprisonment of Filipinos in Lahad Datu intrusion

The AG's Chambers has filed an appeal against the life sentences imposed on 9 Filipinos convicted over the Lahad Datu intrusion.

The AG says it is applying to have the death penaly for all 9, or at least for their leader. 

The Kota Kinabalu High Court sentenced all 9 to life imprisonment last month, after finding them guilty of waging war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
