Loke: QR Codes For Online Express Bus Ticket Sales
Feb 03, 2026

Starting this month, all express bus tickets sold through online travel agents will feature QR codes.
According to the Transport Minister this eliminates the need for passengers to collect physical tickets at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan.
Anthony Loke adds that passengers who bought online tickets earlier can get the QR code from TBS's website.
The move is meant to help reduce congestion at TBS, especially during festive seasons.
This, as up to 40,000 passengers are expected to pass through TBS per day during the Chinese New Year period.
