Dec 29, 2025

Bukit Aman is still investigating the incident in which cops shot and killed 3 suspected gang members in Durian Tunggal, Melaka.
So far, over 40 statements have been recorded as part of the probe, while the officers involved have been temporarily removed from active duty.
Criminal Investigations Dept Chief Datuk M. Kumar adds that a purported audio recording of the incident has been sent to Cybersecurity Malaysia for analysis.
State police previously said that officers had killed the trio in self defence, but this has since been disputed by the deceased's families.
