Cops probe abuse of autistic child in school

Police have opened an investigation into an alleged case of child abuse at primary school in Kelana Jaya, Selangor.  

This, after a viral social media video allegedly showed a staff member of the school roughing up an autistic student.  

It urged people with any info on the case to contact Petaling Jaya district police or lodge a report with the nearest police station.

Tickets for KTMB's special Aidilfitri train service to the north will go on sale starting tomorrow. 

This, to meet increased demand amid the Aidilfitri balik kampung rush.  

According to the rail operator, the special train service will operate on the KL Sentral-Padang Besar route, for journeys between March 27 to April 6.

The JPJ will conduct its special Aidilfitri road safety operation from March 24th until 8th of April, to help reduce the risk of accidents during the festive period.  

The department says it will focus on 9 major offences, including speeding, beating red lights, using the phone while driving, and failing to wear seat belts or motorcycle helmets.

Also, the Gombak Integrated Terminal, the main transport hub for travel to the East Coast, has already started receiving passengers.

This, a week before its official launch.
