setia alam mall shooter gunned down

The Setia Alam mall shooting suspect has been taken down by the police.

The local man in his 30’s was killed in an operation in Pulau Ketam early this morning, where he was found with two loaded guns.

Authorities are still trying to determine if the suspect had been hiding out at the location, or had been attempting to flee the country via the island.

He had been on the run since the mall shooting on February 8th, where he fired several shots, injuring a janitor.

However, the Education Ministry says the afternoon session in Peninsular Malaysia will end at 5:30PM... while in Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan, it'll end at 5PM.

The ministry also cautioned against misinformation regarding school sessions on social media and urged the public to only refer to official sources.
