Budget 2025: MOH To Focus On Primary Healthcare

The Health Ministry says it'll focus on primary healthcare in Budget 2025.

This includes screenings, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles as part of efforts to tackle the challenges of chronic diseases.

Budget 2025 will be tabled in Parliament tomorrow.

The Home Ministry has defended the proposed Bahasa Melayu proficiency test for citizenship applications, assuring that the test will not be too difficult.

It explained that the test will be more conversational with the use of picture guides.

Separately, the ministry says so far, it's found no solid evidence linking any government officials or political leaders to the GISB group.

However, it's not ruling out the possibility, as investigations into the organization continue.

The Education Ministry has formed a special committee to study and reduce the number of SPM absentees.
