Trump Injured In Attempted Assassination

Donald Trump has suffered injuries to his ear, after shots were fired at a campaign rally attended by the former US president in Pennsylvania this morning.
Footage showed the 78-year-old with blood on the side of his face, as he was rushed away to safety.
Sources say Trump has been treated…and has already been released from hospital.
The Secret Service says the shooter has been killed. He’s believed to have fired from at least 200 feet away, from the roof of a nearby building.
One rally attendee also died, while at least two others are in critical condition.
Law enforcement sources say the case is now being investigated as an attempted assassination.

In developments back home…the Digital Minister has proposed a new law to tackle misuse of social media…that places part of the responsibility on social media platforms.
Gobind Singh Deo says this is to send a clear message, that everyone has a part to play in addressing the problem.

Air Selangor has clarified that red tags with QR codes attached to water pipes, are a legitimate way to notify users that their supply has been temporarily cut due to unpaid bills.
It issued the clarification, following concern that this could be a new scam.
It adds that those who’ve received these tags despite paying their bills, can get in touch via the water operator’s app, website or hotline to resolve the matter.
