Youths Urged to Become Blood Donors

Jun 23, 2024

youths urged to become blood donors

The Health Ministry wants more youths to come forward and give blood.

It says their donations are needed, because just over 2 percent of the population are current blood donors, and this number is expected to drop due to ageing and other factors.

The ministry also announced plans to digitise the blood donation book

It sats having digital records will make it easier for donors to access their donation details and know about upcoming donation campaigns.
