Dr Anand and team from Klinik Utara Jinjang , are delighted to announce our Osteoarthritis and Diabetic Related Wound awareness at our centre from NOv 2024 onwards. The aim of this programme is to create awareness amongst public about the condition and its severity. We also have a trained set of Professionals to conduct Free Diabetic related screenings and Orthopaedic ( bones & joints ) related health talks. Our Doctor is specially trained to treat these conditions.
The motive of the Awareness campaign is to educate the public on how to manage and treat their health conditions and pain conservatively therefore delaying the need for surgery.

The "Nattukoothu Festival"is project by third-year Bachelor of Arts and Culture Management students at ASWARA as a Final Year Project (APS 6996). A dance event honoring Indian folk dance is the "Nattukoothu Festival" initiative. In Tamil, nattukoothu means folk dance. To maintain the Indian community's cultural authenticity, the festival's name is in Tamil. "Round we dance, Unity we form" is an English tagline provided for the general public's understanding.
Indian folk dances including Kummi, Kolattam, Garba, Pinnal Kolattam, Dandiya Raas Garba, Gof Gunthan, and Karakattam will be performed during this festival. These dances are similar in that they are performed in circles. In the Indian society, dancing folk dance in a circle is a custom that is frequently carried out to improve ties between the nearby residents. Dancing as a group in a circle represents the power and unity of a community. This event includes sales that are directly tied to Indian society in addition to entertainment. Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in lifestyle-related Indian society events throughout this festival in order to win interesting prizes.
The Mega Kolattam Performance, which has 100 audience members participating in a 10-minute Kolattam dance performance, is the festival's main draw. By dancing in a big circle with members of the public, the Mega Kolattam dance performance aims to promote a sense of communal cohesion. Additionally, the purpose of this massive performance is to raise awareness of Indian traditional dances both during and after the Nattukoothu Festival.
